MICROMODELLING OF TRAFFIC FLOWS
MicroT is a program for modeling traffic flows. The main purpose is a detailed display and analysis of traffic on selected sections of the street and road network, which provides a convenient tool for managing traffic flows and planning road infrastructure. The system is designed for specialists in the field of transport planning who need high-precision modeling of various traffic scenarios at intersections and road sections.
The main functions performed by the system
Creating and configuring intersections for conducting traffic interaction analysis
Construction and modeling of trips, which allows tracking the behavior of individual transport units
Visualization of results after calculation, allowing specialists to observe and analyze traffic flows in real time
Calculate flow indicators such as intensity, density and capacity, enabling the identification of potential bottlenecks and analysis of traffic efficiency
Graphic display of the obtained data, which makes the analysis process visual and accessible
reference information
The program operates on the basis of preset trips and detailed intersection modeling, allowing it to reproduce traffic flow dynamics with a high degree of accuracy.
The program interface allows specialists to conveniently manage the parameters of modeling and promptly analyze the results of calculations. This approach allows to increase the accuracy of decisions made in the field of traffic situation management and transport planning.
